I recently tried out the API automated scanner from apisec.ai and the experience was smooth and efficient right from the start. the use itself is not a problem. The drawback lies in the way of explaining step by step how it works and how we can exploit the different vulnerabilities found. I would also add Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial setup is very simple and intuitive and there is great support from the vendor during initial use in the form of educaktional materails. Vulnerabilities and misconfigurations found by this tool give me more than enough information to know ho to proceed further with remediation. APIsec scanner provides top-tier dashboards and easy dashboard customization which quickly surfaces critical risks.

With this tool, vulnerabilities are found in a very short period of time, which would have been done manually for a very long time (or never). Areas covered here include OWASP API TOP 10, Authentication, Misconfigurations, Business Logic Testing (this is great) and many others.
