What do you like best about APImetrics?

APImetrics offer efficient & reliable solutions to secure and manage our API through schema validation, RBAC and authentication protocols.

We can easily customize it to streamline API management for our clients. It enables us to include roles & scopes per our API needs.

Implementation of our access control mechanisms is efficient & fine-grained for each user.

We can take up a bulk number of API processing simultaneously & we can conveniently apply custom rate-limiting policies for our use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about APImetrics?

Its learning curve is quite steep & for someone entirely new to API management tools, getting onboarded onto APImetrics would take significant time.

We can reach out to its customer support center & raise a support ticket for extensive support.

Overall, we are satisfied with the API management solutions offered by APImetrics & its integration with Keycloak helps a lot in reducing TCO by quite a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is APImetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed an API management tool to improve our monitoring system built on cloud-native architecture & to handle performance issues across our APIs through real-time alert notifications & reports.

APImetrics provides a complete solution through extensive accessibility of historical data & its seamless integration resolves most of the cross-cloud compatibility issues. Its automatic token refresh feature is beneficial in enhancing our SSO & security compliances.
