"User-Friendly Interface, Needs API Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

I love Apify’s interface and usability, which sets it apart from other platforms that tend to be difficult to navigate. This user-friendly design made it easy for me to get accustomed to the software right from the start. Apify has greatly simplified my ability to access lead data for my outbound outreach campaigns, specifically when scraping LinkedIn profile data. Its ease of use is invaluable, especially compared to my previous experience with other products like ScrapeNinja, which didn't perform as effectively. I also feel confident in recommending Apify to others based on its strong points, and I rate it highly due to these features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

I find the API side of Apify could be improved in terms of ease of use. Integrating actors with some automation platforms like n8n can get complicated at times. Additionally, the API documentation could be simplified to make it easier for users to understand and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apify: Reliable, Flexible Web Scraping with Clean, Ready-to-Use Data"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

I have been using Apify for web scraping and it has worked very well for my needs. The platform is reliable, easy to set up, and offers a lot of flexibility for scraping different types of websites. I especially appreciate that the data outputs are well structured and easy to use in further analysis or automation workflows. Overall, Apify saves a lot of manual work and is a very useful tool for anyone who needs to collect web data regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The main downside for me is the pricing model and occasional reliability issues. Apify is powerful, but costs can become harder to predict when runs take longer than expected or when more complex scraping tasks consume more resources. For smaller or experimental use cases, this can make it feel relatively expensive.

I have also experienced situations where a scraper gets stuck or continues running longer than expected, which can increase costs and require manual monitoring. This is not a dealbreaker, but it means I need to be careful with limits, timeouts and testing before using it in a production workflow. Overall, Apify is very useful, but pricing predictability and run reliability are the areas I would like to see improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best platforms for serious web scraping projects"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

Apify provides an excellent balance between flexibility and infrastructure. I can build custom Actors for complex data extraction without worrying about servers, scaling, proxy rotation, retries, or failures. The SDK, scheduling, webhooks, datasets, and API access make it easy to go from idea to production very fast. It saves a huge amount of development and maintenance time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

Apify offers multiple pricing plans and usage based components, which can sometimes feel a bit complex or confusing at first. For new users, understanding how different plans, compute units, and add on services interact may require extra time. Clearer upfront guidance or simpler pricing tiers would help reduce this learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pre-built actors make web scraping effortless. It handles proxy rotation automatically, which saves a lot of development time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The proxy billing and compute unit pricing calculation can be slightly confusing to estimate initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clearer Pricing Docs / Strcuture Would Make It Even Better"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

- ready-to use templates or services

- faster delivery

- the ability to publish SaaS or automation Actors (services) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

- the pricing docs / structure

- for developers: dynamic select options rather than static options in the json file

- for UX: there are inputs that depend on another input value and thus based on the input value we shall show only the relevant inputs, for example an input 1 is a select input that has 2 options (option 1 and option 2), based on it's value I shall show input 2 and input 5 if I select option 1, and I shall show input 3 and input 4 if I select option 2, what happens is that we display all the inputs (input 1, input 2, input 3, input 4, input 5) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scraping That Saves Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

It makes it easy to do the scrapping you just pay and it gets taken care of, no more dealing with it yourself an spending hours on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

I think the documentation could be better, and it could be in Json or md format so that we can directly feed it to an AI that is building and app with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Scrapers with Powerful Built-In Infrastructure"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

What I like most is the speed to get a working scraper running. Prebuilt actors plus built-in infrastructure (proxies, scheduling, scaling) remove most of the setup work we used to handle manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The main downsides are the learning curve for custom Actors and the cost becoming less predictable at scale (especially with heavy runs, proxies, and multiple workflows). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Web Scraping Automation That Saves Tons of Dev Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

Apify is an incredibly powerful platform for web scraping and browser automation. The ready-made actors in the marketplace save enormous amounts of development time — I can scrape complex websites in minutes without writing custom code from scratch. The ability to schedule actors, chain them together in workflows, and export data directly to various integrations like Google Sheets or webhooks makes it a complete data extraction solution. The proxy management is also top-notch, handling IP rotation seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or individual developers who are just getting started. The learning curve for building custom actors from scratch is also somewhat steep if you're not familiar with Node.js or Python. It would be great to see more affordable entry-level plans and more no-code actor building options for non-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Flexible, and Reliable Web Scraping That Scales with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

What I like best about Apify is how it combines power, flexibility, and reliability in one platform. The ready-made actors make it easy to get started quickly, while the option to build custom actors allows us to handle complex, real-world use cases. It handles dynamic websites extremely well, scales without infrastructure headaches, and fits seamlessly into our existing workflows—helping us move faster and focus on insights rather than manual data collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

What I dislike about Apify is that some advanced use cases come with a steeper learning curve, especially for non-technical users. Debugging failed runs can also take time, as logs are detailed but not always easy to interpret quickly. Additionally, at higher usage levels, cost predictability requires close monitoring, which means teams need to plan and optimize runs carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
