"Reliable, Scalable Web Scraping with Apify and Claude Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

Apify has been a great addition to our workflow. We use it primarily for web scraping, and it integrates seamlessly with Claude (Anthropic's AI) to process and analyze the scraped data. The combination makes it easy to extract structured information from websites and immediately put it to work in automated pipelines. The platform is reliable, the Actor ecosystem saves a ton of development time, and the documentation is solid. Would recommend to anyone looking for a scalable scraping solution. What do you dislike about Apify?

The UI/UX could be a lot better, and the learning curve feels a bit harsh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Just Works: Quick Setup and Huge Time Savings"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

Honestly, the biggest plus is that it just works. I don't have to spend hours doing repetitive stuff anymore. Found the actors I needed, set everything up pretty quickly and started getting results. Saved me a lot of time already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

Sometimes there are so many options and settings that it can feel overwhelming at first. A few things have a learning curve, especially if you don't have much technical experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apify Delivers Fast, Structured Web Scraping — Clear Actor Model, Reusable Store, MCP-Ready"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

Apify gives structure to web scraping and automation. The Actor model is clear, the Store helps avoid rebuilding common scrapers, and the MCP server makes the platform more useful inside AI-agent workflows. For a solo operator, the biggest value is speed: I can test a data source, validate the output, and turn it into a repeatable workflow quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The platform is strongest when the user has some technical understanding. That is not a flaw, but the learning curve is real if someone expects a purely no-code experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Diverse Scrapping Capabilities with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Apify?

I use Apify for scraping information for outreach, such as LinkedIn job scrapers, reviews, email verification, and ad lookups. I like that it provides one platform with a huge variety of different scrapers, allowing me to choose the most affordable and suitable ones for each task, and pay for all with a single bill. Most I like the fair billing and, most importantly, the extensive integrations via API and MCP, which let a Claude Code agent perform work on my behalf. These integrations are a game changer because I can instruct it to scrape job postings on LinkedIn and look up local documents like what filters to use, and then run the scrape on Apify and automatically pull results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The biggest problem is that many scrappers provide poor results, often needing to try a few scrappers before finding one that works correctly and perfectly. Although reviews help with that, they aren't always reliable. It would also be great to see an output preview for each scrapper because currently, I need to run the scrapper and spend money just to see the output, only to realize that it doesn't have the necessary columns I need. Additionally, it was a bit difficult to understand how it works at first. The onboarding process isn't too easy, with many confusing specific terminologies, but once I learned it, it became easy. "A Reliable Solution for Automated Web Data Collection"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

Apify is its ease of use, reliable web scraping capabilities, and extensive library of ready-to-use actors. It allows us to automate data collection quickly and scale projects without spending time maintaining custom scraping infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The main drawback is that usage costs can become harder to predict as projects scale. New users may also need some time to learn the platform’s workflows and advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible Web Scraping Platform for Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

What I like most about Apify is how flexible and reliable it is for web scraping and automation. The platform makes it easy to run ready-made Actors from the Apify Store, and at the same time, it gives you full control if you want to build custom scrapers.

I also appreciate how everything is cloud-based — scheduling, monitoring, API access, and proxy management are all handled in one place. The dashboard is clean, logs are detailed, and it’s easy to track runs and debug when needed. Once you get used to it, it becomes a very powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

Nothing to dislike for me. It's an gamechanger for my use case. I automated a lot of works using Apify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game‑changer for AI automation and web data workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

The combination of ready-made Actors and the flexibility to build custom ones is what I value most. The marketplace of pre-built scrapers and automations lets us prototype fast, then harden solutions with our own code when the use case proves itself. Scheduling, logging, and proxy management are all handled in one place, so we focus on logic and outcomes instead of infrastructure. The platform makes it straightforward to turn almost any website into an API and plug that data directly into LLMs, CRMs, and marketing stacks, which has saved us countless hours of manual work and brittle in-house scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

Honesty is important for a fair review, so while I have few major complaints, there are some areas where I think improvements could be made. The pricing can add up quickly when you're running heavy workloads at scale with premium proxies, which can be a consideration for smaller clients still proving their ROI. Additionally, while the documentation is generally good, some of the more advanced custom Actor patterns could use more detailed examples and step-by-step guides for common edge cases. The learning curve for first-time users building custom Actors is steeper than the platform suggests. Finally, the develop-locally-and-push workflow could be smoother with better IDE integration and real-time debugging tools, especially when working across distributed teams. "Apify: Affordable, Reliable Scrapers That Support Independent Engineers"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

I like using Apify as a marketplace to find reliable scrapers that I can use for a tenth of the cost of what brokers charge for the same data. I also appreciate that it supports independent engineers, it feels good to be able to do that, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

Some providers charge a monthly subscription, and then add usage costs on top of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apify Makes Scalable Scraping Workflows Fast and Reliable"
5/5
What do you like best about Apify?

What I like best about Apify is how easy it makes scaling and managing scraping workflows. The platform handles infrastructure, proxies, scheduling, and reliability really well, so we can focus on building products instead of maintaining scrapers. The developer experience is also excellent — fast to build, deploy, and iterate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

The main downside is that the dashboard can become a bit cluttered when managing many actors and runs at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The scraping infrastructure layer that small teams can't afford to build themselves"
4/5
What do you like best about Apify?

The actor marketplace is the standout feature — instead of building custom crawlers for every source type, there's almost always an actor that handles the platform-specific complexity already. Combined with the programmatic client API, it integrates cleanly into automated pipelines without manual intervention. The managed infrastructure handling rate limiting, retries, and JavaScript rendering means scraping becomes a reliable solved problem rather than an ongoing engineering burden for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apify?

Response structure consistency across actors is the biggest pain point — different actors can return data in unexpected shapes, including nested lists where flat results are expected, which requires defensive coding and can cause silent failures that are hard to diagnose. Documentation also drops off for edge cases, so unusual behavior often has to be discovered empirically. Better structured error reporting on failed runs would also save meaningful debugging time.
