The documentation was very straightforward, the support was excellent and we were even invited to join the tech teams Slack to discuss and fix problems quickly. **What do you dislike about Apideck Unify?** The free tier wasn't enough for our API-intensive new application and we'd of appreciated a tier between 2000 and 50,000 AI requests that didn't cost as much as the 50,000 tier. Worth noting that we're a pre-revenue startup. Also the list of ATS API's that are live could be more extensive. **What problems is Apideck Unify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving development time and cost by building one API and connecting to many vendors of ATS. ### 2. We like that Apideck covers various domains as well as the flexibility and modularity of the product. Apideck also aligns with our security & compliance policies, has little latency overhead and provides the operational tools to monitor individual connectors. Since the beginning, Apideck has been a great partner, the team is very responsive, super collaborative and eager to help, also adjusting their priorities to solve our specific problems. **What do you dislike about Apideck Unify?** We used Apideck since the early stage of the product which presented some gaps in the depth of some integrations and the number of available connections. Apideck is a rapidly maturing product and we have seen many of those gaps being addressed in just a matter of days! **What problems is Apideck Unify solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Vault and Unify, Apideck has been doing the undifferentiated heavy lifting required to support and accelerate our integration roadmap. ### 4. The 5000 free api calls are a real plus to test before buying. We're also closely working with their R&D team giving input on the compliance API. **What do you dislike about Apideck Unify?** Their pricing is so economic and even very competitive I'm wondering what the catch is. This has saved us a ton of time in not having to build individual integrations to each HR package. It frees our development team up to work on other things which can push our business much further forward. **What do you dislike about Apideck Unify?** It has been a bit confusing to understand the individual services that API deck includes, what each of them does and how often we'd need to use each. It feels like this adds unnecessary friction to what is otherwise a hugely time saving product. I'd like to be able to fully brand the connection process to an API into our branding and do it within our site, rather than redirecting to API deck. Also we don't need to take care of maintaining all these different apis. **What do you dislike about Apideck Unify?** Their HR unify connector is still a bit young and therefor not all connectors are fully covered. The next problem is to build each integration's unique authentication method, such as Oauth, which takes time and requires a lot of maintenance. **What problems is Apideck Unify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since Apideck Vault takes care of all these functions for me and also has a very visual tool, despite the complexity of setting up integrations, I truly like the product. ### 11.
