But also their voting feature to find out what customers request most. **What do you dislike about Apideck Ecosystem?** No communication possibility towards partners from the tool itself. But I still need to look into the integration possibility with our CRM, which is possible from Apideck, so that might solve our problem. **What problems is Apideck Ecosystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** How to show all our integration partners, per category to our customers. That way our customers can see which tools could match their business processes and that they can integrate with our platform to save time. As well as giving partners the possibility to manage their own listing, to always show content that is up to date. ### 2. Everything is easy to edit and change. The team is quite responsive and fixes bugs quickly when we find them. **What do you dislike about Apideck Ecosystem?** Some of the UI is not very intuitive and it can be buggy. However, the team is always responsive, takes our feedback, and often improves features based on our feedback. The style is not fully in line with our branding so this page does look different from the rest of our website. **Recommendations to others considering Apideck Ecosystem:** If you're looking for something basic and easy to stand up this would be a great option. Just be aware that it's a little clunky, it's limited in flexibility, and can be buggy. **What problems is Apideck Ecosystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an ecosystem but didn't want to dedicate web resources to building one from scratch. This has suited us very well for a V1. ### 3. The app listing is very complete and helps a lot since it gives you lots of information about each 3rd party that you want to add to each of the integrations you wish to create a page for (logo images, direct links to websites, list of zaps from Zapier, etc). **What do you dislike about Apideck Ecosystem?** It may take a while for your changes to be applied, sometimes requiring a hard refresh on the dashboard pages. **What problems is Apideck Ecosystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating our integrations ecosystem was huge and Apideck offered what we needed to accomplish it. ### 4. An API to retrieve listings has been finally added in Q2 2022. Further, we would like to access the leads directly through the API. During roll-out there were many bugs in the user interface however, the team was responsive to address those. **What problems is Apideck Ecosystem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Apideck Ecosystem enabled us to launch our public-facing Marketplace within 1 - 2 weeks. It allows our prospects, existing customers as well as team members to explore all available integrations. ### 5. Great product - provide most what you need to manage your app marketplace. The user management isn't sufficiently flexible.
