Apexly is a custom domains API for B2B SaaS. Send one request with your customer's hostname; they add one DNS record on a hosted page that detects their DNS provider. Apexly verifies it from three resolvers, issues and renews the Let's Encrypt certificate, supports apex domains, and forwards traffic to your app with a signed request. Free for 20 domains. Pay as you go: $0.15 per live domain per month, $15 minimum covering the first 100 domains.
