The portal brings a single point of entry for data. It offers better insight for the business as a whole to see available suppliers, find current suppliers to fulfill business needs, and track progress through the on boarding/maintenance process without needing to get frequent updates from Master Data. I would strongly suggest those considering the portal to work with an experienced consultant to better translate design needs and system capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is apexanalytix solving and how is that benefiting you? Apex moves the responsibility of correct and updated data to the supplier. Validation tools (like tax ID validation) are built into the portal as well as workflows through various approval groups that would otherwise be manual (solving issues with lost or stalled requests sitting in an inbox somewhere). Master Data moves from a very manual process in many cases to an approval process - which saves time and lessens the risk of keyed mistakes, missing documentation, and missing workflow. We used them first to do a recovery audit. After recovering millions is overpayments, we used them for supplier onboarding.
