**What do you like best about Aperio?**

I appreciate how Aperio aligns deeply with German accounting standards (HGB/GoB) and automates compliance, which is crucial for our Frankfurt-based accounting firm. The platform eliminates the constant manual checks and documentation work and maintains clear, traceable audit trails. It validates data in real time and keeps financial records structured for German regulatory requirements, saving our team a lot of time. I value how it centralizes our entire audit and reconciliation workflow while keeping data secure and GDPR-compliant. The clear audit trail and detailed logging capabilities are impressive, making client audits and tax authority reviews smooth. I also like how it simplifies collaboration across our team, allowing multiple accountants to work on the same client file without conflicting versions and facilitating task assignment, note addition, and workflow review efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Aperio?**

One pain point is its integration with common German accounting tools like DATEV and smaller local ERP systems. The connections work, but they’re fairly basic — we often have to manually map accounts or adjust imports to match our SKR03/SKR04 charts of accounts, which adds extra work during month-end close. More native, pre-configured connectors for German financial software would save a lot of time. We also find the reporting module somewhat inflexible. Customizing reports to fit specific client requirements or German audit formats isn’t very intuitive, and we sometimes end up exporting data to Excel to finalize statements. More template flexibility for HGB-compliant reporting would be a big improvement.

**What problems is Aperio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aperio to centralize, validate, and reconcile financial data, ensuring compliance with German standards. It eliminates manual reconciliation errors, flags non-compliant entries, and centralizes documentation for seamless audit trails, saving time and reducing regulatory risk.

**What do you like best about Aperio?**

Very strong capabilities for employee reviews and dashboarding. I like the real-time alerts  -that was a big reason we chose Aperio.

**What do you dislike about Aperio?**

We are a bit on the smaller side, and Aperio tends to be geared for more of the mid-market/mid-sizes organizations.

**What problems is Aperio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with gaining a hold on our Performance Management process. Multiple layers and administration changes internally have left us without a solid solution to build performance management from.

Most likely thing is that aperio is giving the chance to grow people and advices are so important to run any business

Mostly people doesn't know about aperio marketing is needed

**What do you like best about Aperio?**

Aperio an intuitive and easy to use interface. I appreciate the up to date graphics, the accessibility as well as the integrity of the company. It saves me time

**What do you dislike about Aperio?**

I have not found any downsides to using Aperio. Perhaps the only issue I had was confusion regarding payment but that was quickly and easily rectified with no further issues

time management. the work day is now much more streamlined and organized. less chaotic. communication has been improved among staff members contributing to an improved work environment

**What do you like best about Aperio?**

The whole crew at Aperio are the best investment managers I have worked with. They actually care about their clients and they take the time to explain things I am not fully aware of.

**What do you dislike about Aperio?**

These guys are really busy so sometimes it can take a day or 2 before they may get back to me. They always get back to me, but it does take some time. It is still worth the wait to me!

**What problems is Aperio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a few accounts that need to be managed. I can't do it on my own even if I tried!  I work full-time on average 95 hours a week. It is hard for me to find the time to dedicate to these accounts, and they do a fantastic job of handling that for me.

**What do you like best about Aperio?**

Aperio is a Human Resources Management system that manages many features of the companies and help them grow. The main functions that they manage are candidate management ,internal hr application tracking ,workflow management ,on-boarding,  performance management, time and attendance management  and many others. It is web and cloud based program that reviews accounts easily. My favorite feature is banking software because of its efficiency. It manages human capital of companies with employee data and performance reviews. It is user friendly too and offers training online so users can get familiar with the system. The payment can be done monthly or yearly according to the interest of customer.

**What do you dislike about Aperio?**

Aperio can be confusing and complex for some users at the start so they need to simplify the system a little bit. The biggest difficulty is that its not available on iOS so iPhone and Macbook users cannot use it. Complications occur when using its full capacity. It is available on clinical centers but not on research centers. Florescent scanning needs to be added

**What problems is Aperio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aperio is a user friendly software that is time efficient and offers high quality scans and professional management system. It can be customized according to the needs of your company. The scanning speed is the fastest that I have seen anywhere. It also has a large amount of capacity. It is also affordable. Report writer is the most efficient feature.

It is efficient and gives a lot of options on how to review accounts, change them, etc. 

**What do you dislike about Aperio?**

It is a bit confusing due to the options being a bit hard to find even doing a task. It could be very user friendly but is not built that way.
