## About Apache Weinre
weinre is a debugger for web pages, like FireBug (for FireFox) and Web Inspector (for WebKit-based browsers), except it's designed to work remotely, and in particular, to allow you debug web pages on a mobile device such as a phone.

**What do you like best about Apache Weinre?**

Easy to install, although it looks difficult at first glance.

**What do you dislike about Apache Weinre?**

Remote debugging of sites on mobile and tablets is getting a little easier, but still painful - this is not going to be a miracle software for you. Most modern tools are better; But if you want to debug older Android, for example, it’s still a good option.

**Recommendations to others considering Apache Weinre:**

may not be good for newer devices but will work in a pinch on older ones.

**What problems is Apache Weinre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to de-bug even older devises this could come in handy - so it is needed if you look at a range of age of devices like me.
