**What do you like best about Apache VCL?**

I heavily enjoy the aspect that once you learn input settings, it is very easy to apply to invoices and filing.

**What do you dislike about Apache VCL?**

I do not like that when teaching/training new employees, there is an offset of a few days for the indiviual to complexity adjust to learning the program.

**What problems is Apache VCL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I am transferring payments and check, it is a great program not only extending involvement with finanace, but also sales.
