Apache pivote we use to develop Pharma web application in java language. Apache pivot increased our productivity with that application, so it was very helpful to develop our web application fastly. Here the main problem we faced that is the data we were not able fetch or copy from this web application. Spreadsheet creation and editing is done with ease. It has almost same functionality as that of Excel but it is free. It works on different windows on Mac and also on Linux. The biggest dislike is we cannot copy paste the contents of spreadsheet into the Google spreadsheet withiuts losing the formulas. It also lacks templates as compared to excel. The best thing I'd that it is compatible with different operating system. The best feature is we can select what we want to delete. It is open-source platform using which we can build modern look desktop applications .And as it built on top of java hence it uses jvm which helps to build cross platform applications. Only thing it is not that much flexible to build applications , it can be more scalable as currently we can build applications that are small . I dislike the UI as it is very difficult to maneuver. I dislike the dependency on Java 8 application. Some times its malfunction and get stuck at loading which is irritating.
