What problems is Apache OpenMeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a small real estate company and most everyone works from home. All of us are quite far away from each other. It has solved a problem I was having with new agent training and continuing education. Having OpenMeetings allow for office training with agent not having to rearrange their schedules.
