I have been using Apache Jmeter for the automatic closure and validation of some validation tasks in ServiceNow, The best thing about Jmeter is it is open source and easy to use and also lightweight.

It can simply test multiple VM Servers and services running on those in fractions of seconds which if we manually do is a headache task.

I have been using it for VM servers validation, but if we go further for some complex running status like services or servers having authentication i.e ID Password, then using Jmeter is quite a bit difficult. I tested a service with extensive authentication, and at that time, I had to create multiple scripts because it does not support JavaScript. If it supported JavaScript, it would be easier for developers. I think the UI of Apache JMeter needs to be changed because it is not very user-friendly. It is not directly linked to connect to PTaaS.
