Incremental Processing: Apache Fluo excels in processing data incrementally. Instead of reprocessing an entire dataset every time there’s an update, it only processes the new or changed data. Scalability: Fluo is built to scale out with the underlying Accumulo infrastructure. As data volume grows, Fluo can scale horizontally by adding more nodes to the cluster, ensuring that performance remains consistent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Apache Fluo? Complexity: Setting up and configuring Apache Fluo can be complex. It requires a good understanding of both Apache Accumulo and Fluo itself. What problems is Apache Fluo solving and how is that benefiting you? Apache Fluo handles incremental processing, meaning it only processes the data that has changed since the last update. This avoids the need to reprocess the entire dataset, leading to significant improvements in efficiency and speed. Recommendations to others considering Apache Fluo: Be careful while rolling out Data Processing algorithms from Hadoop. Fluo handles large data well but may not be the best tool for bundle tool use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Apache Fluo solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been using Apache Fluo to deal with Big Data.The best benefit is that it automatically implements incremental changes. Accumulo accomodates Fluo very well and processes are usually standardized. It does run into some snags with Hadoop so that needs to be remedied.
