Apache curator provides a very simple interface to interact with zookeeper. It is a very powerful client exposing all configurations and making life easier while working with zookeeper. Some of the zookeeper low level Apis are not configurable in curator which can little problematic for specific scenarios but other than that it is very handy to use for all types of recepies and configurations. Apache curator solves most of the problems associated with direct zookeeper usage like deep understanding of APIs, connection delays and management and very few recipes. It makes the integrations with zookeeper easier and user-friendly. It enables us to get the best out of Zookeeper and not worry much about how the cluster is managed.
