**What do you like best about Apache Airavata?**

Apache Airavata is a great APM tool overall. It allows us to gain insights into our large scale applications for performance monitoring, and helps with finding issues.

**What do you dislike about Apache Airavata?**

Very new software and product, and not all features are rolled out yet. This means we often find competitor products that can offer more advanced features.

**Recommendations to others considering Apache Airavata:**

Good product, open source. Allows us to see all the code which is nice. We can enable custom integrations with our own software. More flexibility than with most other closed-source APM tools in this area.

**What problems is Apache Airavata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracing transactions through workflows. Discovering network bottlenecks. Finding code level errors.

**What do you like best about Apache Airavata?**

I really liked the ease of use of this software.  I like that the information is easy to understand and process
I also like that I can combine all my needs into various folders using all of the same software 

**What do you dislike about Apache Airavata?**

Ii find the software to be a bit expensive.  I wish it was cheaper

**What problems is Apache Airavata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company now has more space to store all of it's needs in one place.  Also our analytics are more organized
