What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

What I appreciate most about Aon Meetings is its end-to-end encryption, which gives me confidence in the security of my conversations. I also like that there is no need to download anything to join or create meetings, making the process very convenient. As a beginner, I found the interface straightforward and easy to navigate. What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

The admin dashboard gives me powerful oversight of usage across multiple departments, and it integrates easily with our existing project management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

While its stable sometimes we noticed that audio quality can fluctuate slightly when more than 10 people have their video active simultaneously on international calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

We led the rollout of a new communications platform for our company. We chose AONMeetings because it’s secure and easy to manage. Setting up users was simple with SSO automation. We created custom policies for different teams like turning off cloud recording for contractors. We also connected it to our helpdesk using the platform’s API. What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

I really appreciate the minimalistic and clean interface. It feels much better than Microsoft Teams. While there are quite a few buttons, which could be bothersome, I mainly want a straightforward and clear conversation experience, so aonmeetings works best for us.
