"Robust Tool for Seamless Remote Collaboration"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

I really appreciate Aonmeetings' browser-based access design, which means no need for bulky client software installations. This feature saves me time and avoids compatibility issues on Windows, Mac, or tablets since everyone can join directly through a web link. The stable high-definition audio and video performance, along with smooth screen sharing, is fantastic for our software development needs. We can show code, system interfaces, and design drafts clearly without any lag, reducing misunderstandings during discussions. The built-in meeting recording function is super practical, letting us save meeting content for later review, which is great for those who miss sessions or need to revisit details. I also like the flexible and secure permission control settings, which help protect our confidential information by adjusting access and speaking rights as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

To begin with, its compatibility and integration with other professional workplace tools are relatively weak. Our company adopts dedicated internal project management systems and business CRM platforms to track development tasks, client demands and project schedules. At present, Aonmeetings cannot connect and synchronize data with these mainstream tools smoothly. Every time we finish technical discussions or client meetings, we have to manually export meeting minutes, discussion conclusions, and agreed requirements, then sort and import the information into our internal system one by one. This repetitive manual operation adds extra workload for me and my colleagues, and it also raises the risk of information omission or format errors during data transmission. Secondly, the mobile version functions are far too simplified to support complex outdoor work scenarios. When our technical staff go out for field communication or temporary business trips, they can only join meetings and listen to conversations via mobile phones or tablets. Advanced practical operations like high-definition screen projection, real-time document annotation and flexible permission adjustment are not available on mobile devices. We cannot instantly share program interfaces or mark technical problems during off-site talks, which greatly limits work flexibility and affects the efficiency of temporary technical communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aonmeetings overcomes geographical barriers, enhancing team collaboration without travel delays. It improves technical communication by facilitating screen sharing, prevents project mishaps by coordinating tasks efficiently, and reduces business costs by enabling remote client meetings, thus streamlining our software development workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Secure, End-to-End Encrypted Video Conferencing for Sensitive Shift Handovers"

5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

At Telepol, we operate one of the largest private security networks. From our regional office, I need to coordinate daily with our headquarters in Shumen and our mobile patrol units. Aonmeetings provides the highly secure, end-to-end encrypted video conferencing we require for shift handovers, because we discuss sensitive information such as alarm responses. We can’t rely on consumer-grade video chat for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The desktop application can be a bit resource-heavy. In our dispatch center, the computers run multiple intensive applications at the same time, including our central alarm monitoring software and GPS fleet tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secure communication between our regional branches was previously a challenge, often requiring us to manually note what we discussed over video. Aonmeeting gives us an enterprise-grade, encrypted platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Browser-Based Teaching Tool That Feels Like a Live Classroom"

4/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

It’s purely browser-based, so we don’t need to download an app. It also has a waiting option for meetings, similar to Google Meet. I’ve mostly used it for teaching purposes, where people can interact with each other and it feels more like a live classroom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

Even though AI summaries are available, I still find it very hard to get a clear idea from them when the conversation involves a group of people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve noticed it offers many advanced features—like polls, breakout rooms, webinars, etc.—all within the same platform, which is why I choose it over gmeet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Aonmeetings’ Browser-Based Join Makes External Calls Effortless"

5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

My team handles technical support requests when prospects have trouble joining the scheduled pitch with our sales team. Aonmeetings works well for external users, and the browser-based join option is a lifesaver. It lets prospects jump into a call using Chrome or Edge without needing to install unfamiliar software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The browser-based join link occasionally behaves unpredictably, depending on the prospect’s strict browser security settings. Sometimes, instead of opening the web viewer, it forces the desktop app, which can confuse non-technical clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

"All-in-One Webinars: Easy Setup, Built-In Polls and Recording"

5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

I like that webinars are included without needing a separate platform. Registration, live polling, and recording are all built in, which makes setup straightforward. Streaming to external platforms has also been reliable for our public sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The customization options are solid overall, but the branding controls could be more flexible. I’d appreciate a bit more control over the layout and visual elements during live sessions, so it’s easier to match the look and feel I’m aiming for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has replaced several tools we used for meetings and webinars. Now everything is centralized in one place and much easier to manage. As a result, we’ve been able to reduce costs and make team training simpler and more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AONMeetings Makes Field-to-Office Collaboration Easy with Clear Audio and Screen Sharing"

5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

We use AONMeetings to connect our office staff with teams working out in the field. The browser-based access makes it simple for people to join from different devices, without running into setup hassles. Screen sharing is especially helpful for walking through plans and updates visually, rather than relying on long email threads. Audio quality has been consistently clear, even when the connection is weaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The video quality can dip a bit when someone joins from a very poor network. It’s still usable overall, but in those situations it isn’t always perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps bridge the communication gap between field and office teams. Updates come through faster and with less confusion, which has reduced rework and kept everyone more aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AONMeetings: Rock-Solid for Large Investor Update Calls"

5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

We host quarterly investor update calls, and AONMeetings has been a consistently solid choice. The platform handles larger groups well, and the access controls make it easier to manage attendance. Screen sharing for financials and presentations has also been smooth and reliable, which helps the calls run without unnecessary interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exporting attendee data still takes a bit of manual effort on my end. I’d also appreciate more flexibility in the reporting options, since that would make follow-up easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to host professional investor meetings without relying on expensive webinar tools. The recordings also ensure stakeholders can revisit updates later, which has made it much easier to keep everyone aligned.
