Tried using the hard drive backup feature using the purge space when space is needed. The drive filled and backups failed. Tried using the feature to back up a certain number of backups. Older backups didn't get erased, drive filled. Sent information to tech support, never heard from them. Sent information to sales (customer support) for their help; never heard from them. It is impossible to find corporate information. In the past, it was good and reliable software with a good support team. Now, I wish I never purchased their software. Ease of use: cannot edit important parts of created jobs. **What problems is AOMEI Backupper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unreliable backups. Scheduled backups not working reliably and do not delete old backups to make room for new backups.
