What do you like best about AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard?

AOMEI Partition Assistant has allows you to extend the disk partition without having to shut down the computer. I must emphasize that the user interface is really easy to use and understand. I like that it has the ability to restore changes from a backup in case of bad practice. I also like that the program is updated periodically with improvements and new components. Previously all of our computers had Windows only as an operating system, but we acquired certain programs licensed for Mac and we used this software to partition the hard drive and mount an image for Mac without having to format the partition, so it has been really important. What problems is AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard to manage my disks in a more convenient manner. When I built my very first personal computer, I wanted to allocate storage space in drives the way I envisioned how I would use each drive. With the help of AOMEI Partition Assistant, I was able to get this done quite easily without any hassle. Rather than have the total space on my hard disk split evenly across the drives, I'm better off having them divided for the purpose they serve such as having separate drives for work files which occupy very little space compared to the drive where I have video games installed.

Although I thought I'd never have to use AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard again after I finished what I wanted to, the software did come in handy when I wanted to change disk partitions on my old laptop where I'd reinstalled Windows which reset everything. AOMEI Partition Assistant has a quick installation process and is quite small in size. It has an intuitive interface and is relatively easy to use. It comes with various features to make disk management simple such as resizing, wiping, and merging drives. You can create new disk partitions if you wish to have more drives. You can also migrate your Operating System files to SSD if you installed it in your HDD initially. AOMEI Partition Assistant provides the feature to create bootable media such as CD and USB too. I've used AOMEI Parition Assistant on several computers at the time of purchase to help manage disks better. I'm someone who likes to have separate drives for different kinds of files to keep everything organized, such as having different drives for games, films and TV series, work related software and files, etc.

When I recently bought an SSD for my computer, I wanted to have Windows 10 on it for better functionality as opposed to my HDD. If it weren't for AOMEI Partition Asisstant's feature to migrate OS to SSD, I would've had to reinstall it, which would've taken me hours to accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard?

AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard can resize, move, merge, migrate, copy disks or partitions. It also has the capacity to carry out backups and restorations. What surprised me most is that you can create a bootable CD, be it USB, disk or ISO to store the backup copies. It works with all types of partitions, including those in RAW format. The program has the tools around the interface in a disorganized way, so it is difficult to differentiate between the disk operations and those of the wizard. The first time I used AOMEI Partition Assistant was when I was building my own computer. I didn't want a CD drive on it because I wasn't going to have any use for it, and I didn't want to buy one for the sole reason of installing Windows 10. So, with the help of AOMEI Partition Assistant, I was able to create a Windows 10 bootable on a USB flash drive using my laptop. It worked perfectly and I was able to install Windows 10 on my new computer. The first thing I did when I booted it up was install a copy of AOMEI Partition Assistant to create disk partitions in the way I'd envisioned it.

Without AOMEI Partition Assistant, I would've had to spend a lot of money on buying a CD drive for my computer as well as a Windows 10 installation disc, which would've cost me way more than my initial budget for my new computer as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aomei is a easy to use software with a very appealing user interface.It comes with many advanced options and you can literally do almost anything possible under the sun with your hard disk.Converting my disk from gpt to mbr was the first activity that i performed with it and it was awesome.Splitting the disk is also another nice feature. You can safely partition your Hard Drive with Aomei Partition and I just experienced it. Like I told in this review, the company I work for depended on a custom software for the inventory, unfortunately they don't have a copy of this software and I was new. They needed to install it to another computer urgently and there is no time to implement another one. That day Aomei saved me some time to just copy the hard drive and install this hard drive to the new computer. It works very well. So far, I have no problem with it and I recommend you to use it because there are a lot of features that can solution your problem. We also use it to wipe our Hard Drive with any number of pass you want to wipe your disk. I remember the method used by the US Department of Defence wipe with 3 passes but it depends on you to choose whatever the pass you want to wipe your HDD. There is also an interesting feature that allow you to migrate Operating System to SSD. I assure you,IT specialist like me, you can use it without fear. I highly recommend it. At work we have a computer running a custom software that the programer is unavailable to provide and neither the copy of that software , I used Aomei Partition to copy the entire partition of the Hard Drive of the Computer and then just install the destination Disk to another computer.
