On some of the Administration interface screens such as the parameters of a document class where the number of document properties is more than the screen can display, the column headings are not locked at the top of the screen so when you scroll down, they are lost when needing to add new values at the bottom. The same thing is true for creating new workflow states. The create new workflow is not locked at the top of the screen so when you scroll down, the name (title) of the workflow and "Visualize" disappear as if it is part of the workflow scrolling. It is compatible content management tool that is valuable in our organization. Now I shut down outdated legacy systems like SharePoint, Lotus Notes, and OpenText for good. This application is the most trust worthy tool, I feel confident about it because it has charged me to centralizing my data now I discard the files and whenever required I can give access to my team members too. AODocs has opened for me new ways to manage my folders and files. I have got rid of old methodologies for the sharing of files and to maintain the data was also very tough for me previously, because it was consuming my time and energy to find the right file in very short span of time. But AODocs has equipped me with better ideas now I can shift my data easily on various clouds and I am not at all worried about the security of my content and files. I wish it could be integrated with some emails automation tool as well, so that we could get one window solution, in term of organizing the data at one platform and also sharing the data with our important customers. Very flexible customization of documents, for any purpose (e.g. it is a storage for the production budgets, for procedures and so on - all these documents require some specific treatment).

Then, the workflow flexibility (i meant access rights on each step can be set up separately, as well as email notifications).

I love the workflows and automation that there is. It is simple to use and easy to figure out if you don't know how to use it. I dislike how many different drawbacks or things you can't do with AODOCS. For instance, You can't use a DMS in google drive. We were also promised a lot of features before we bought it that turned out not to be true. The implementation and setup are tedious and confusing. It makes it difficult to import everything over to google drive and AODOCS because you have to be the owner of the document in order to move it, perhaps they can change that. The fact that we feel like we "own" the product. At anytime we can make changes that we need. Our organization uses Google G Suite Enterprise we have unlimited storage. Sometimes it takes longer than I would like for the uploading process to finish. I don't think this is due to our upload bandwidth but sometimes it does seem to take a minute, especially when uploading multiple documents at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very important in my daily experience:

1. During last AODocs actualization disappeared option of few documents uploading one time.

Before I could upload many documents one time, and with "Metadata copy" app I could manage same metadata for all of them and then easy pass for approval.

Now I need to do it one doc each time. It takes much more time.

2. When I want to search documents waiting for approval of one person from few people, it is giving me results of all documents waiting for approval, even if this person approved, but the other one did not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
