We use the team drive and retention features. We have used it for about 3 years and it was been flawless. No issues ever, just worked as expected. As it just sits on Google Drive, no special user training is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our Database which has links to AODOCs documents can not work properly due to recent new AODOcs release. the Links have changed and we can not change thouthands of links in our tools

due to that issue the reliability of our tools as well as the validity are questionnable. we are not sure that links address can be impacted by another AODOCS release.

The ease of searching for documents within AODocs is excellent, as well as the ability to easily share documents amongst team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside of AODocs is that you can't edit documents within the application, live documents, for example. However, I can live with this because editing is not necessarily the purpose that AODocs serves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
