It’s hard to compare this product to the ability of things like drop box. Azure cloud support for microsoft products are hard to beat expecially when looking at security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AODOCS allows my business to share documents in a quick and simple manner. We went from sharing files physically and virtually tousing AODOCS and sharing all of our documents virtually. This is because this product makes virtually sharing documents easy, fast, efficient, simple, and a breeze. I like the newly added features. The AODocs gives us the ability to develop the necessary tools that’s needed for our day-to-day operations. The ongoing support is awesome. The support is fast and helpful. If you have a small business, this is perfect. It also makes it easy to manage your important documents and keep them confidential and safe. The price, I feel that it is reasonably priced. They have an Education management feature which is/was useful when my department was using it. Only used it for a limited time as many of my colleagues found it complicated, which was more so a user error and not a fault of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is somewhat similar to drop box in which if you are accessing a document to make updates or changes, if someone else is trying to access the same document they will not be able to see your changes. I am sure there is a way around this but I could never figure it out. Out solution was to rename the document "B is working on this document" while any changes were being named and then rename back to the original. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
