Programmers make changes to the effect location of features and no notice is sent out. Usually, not an issue but a heads-up would be nice that something has changed. Because this program is easy to use more people are using it. Our document control is better and takes less tie to updates and maintenance. The Feature Requests forum is a nice idea, but many good upvoted suggestions don't seem to make it onto the roadmap. This is the area where customers convey what they want / need - would be good to give this a bit more priority. **Recommendations to others considering AODocs:** Give it a go. It's easy to use, easy to scale out and easy to administer. The same thing is true for creating new workflow states. The create new workflow is not locked at the top of the screen so when you scroll down, the name (title) of the workflow and "Visualize" disappear as if it is part of the workflow scrolling. **Recommendations to others considering AODocs:** If you are looking to streamline your processes, AODocs is the application to use. **What problems is AODocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the ability to create your own document classes and workflows, AODocs can be your one-stop-shop location for many different processes. ### 19. Then, the workflow flexibility (i meant access rights on each step can be set up separately, as well as email notifications). Also I like updates that bring new features that might improve work of me and my colleagues. **What do you dislike about AODocs?** The last thing I disliked had disappeared with one of the updates. For benefits - completely digital process of such activity. In my company AoDocs is also used as an "idea collecting" tool - to implement new ideas helping to improve our everyday working life. Although they do have some powerful features, I find that it just makes it harder for me to get through my workday and over-complicates things. I recommend focusing on the cloud-ability between services and local machines. **Recommendations to others considering AODocs:** The Universal File Opener plug-in for Google Drive is absolutely worth your while. If you don''t care for their other services, please take a look at this plug-in. It will allow you to open any file in Google Drive on your machine and then sync back and forth live. I also like the great integration that the addons have with the tools. Lastly, I love the technical service available, it is multilingual and solves any problem or doubt instantly. **What do you dislike about AODocs?** It does not have auto-save, so if you don't save manually, you will lose the changes you have made. I also don't like that if two people open the same document simultaneously, and one makes changes, the other will not be able to see them. Aside from the above, I haven't found more issues or things I don't like. **Recommendations to others considering AODocs:** It is not an expensive platform for everything it offers, which also reduces storage costs, although you must constantly have an Internet connection to be able to use it. You must have updated and modern devices for it to work correctly without errors or failures. Use it!!! Perfect for small businesses which want to install enterprise level systems. **What do you dislike about AODocs?** If I have a complaint, it's that the learning curve is a bit steep and configuration can sometimes feel a bit non-intuitive. However, the organization of the administration portals makes sense when you consider the flexibility and granular control AODocs affords. In other words, there are TONS of settings you can adjust which allows for you to set things up exactly how you'd like at the expense of an initial feeling of being overwhelmed. **Recommendations to others considering AODocs:** Set aside time for reviewing the knowledge base. AODocs is an integrated system -- it's hard to correctly set up one aspect of it without a decent understanding of how the rest of the system work. Do your homework!
