AnzenOT is operational technology (OT) cybersecurity risk quantification software for industrial operators. It puts a defensible dollar figure on cyber risk to plant operations, using the FAIR methodology adapted for OT and ICS environments instead of the generic IT scoring that most tools fall back on. The platform was built to close a specific gap. Serious OT risk assessment has meant paying consultants six figures for a point-in-time report that is out of date the moment a process changes. Cheaper tools focus on asset discovery and network monitoring, which tell you what you have but not what a compromise would actually cost the business. AnzenOT sits between those two, giving manufacturing and critical infrastructure teams continuous, consequence-driven risk intelligence at a price that does not require a consulting budget. At the core is the scenario-analysis engine, which models risk by consequence: what happens to production, safety, and revenue if a given system is compromised, and how likely that is. Scenarios are grounded in a curated database of over 450 documented OT and ICS incidents and mapped to MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, so the numbers trace back to real attacker behavior rather than guesswork. The output serves two audiences at once: engineers who need to know which systems and consequences to prioritize, and leaders who need to justify spend and report risk in financial terms the board understands. AnzenOT maps risk and compliance together against frameworks including IEC 62443, NIS2, TSA pipeline directives, and CMMC, so assessment work and audit evidence come from the same place instead of separate spreadsheets. The initial focus is food and beverage manufacturing, with the platform applicable across process and discrete manufacturing, energy, water, and other critical infrastructure sectors. Teams use it to quantify cyber risk for a single facility or a portfolio of plants, to reassess continuously as the environment changes, and to replace manual OT risk assessments with a repeatable, evidence-based method. If you are responsible for OT security, plant reliability, or industrial risk and you need numbers you can defend to a CFO, a regulator, or an insurer, AnzenOT gives you those numbers and shows the work behind them.
