What do you like best about AnywhereWorks?

The integration of systems and add-ons as communication tools that this software integrates is great, really impressed by its video quality, chat response, calendars, and many more interactive tools that the system includes for me, I sincerely love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AnywhereWorks?

It is expensive, despite its high-end range of tools, the system is quite costly and obtaining it or getting the licenses is quite difficult, it is not easy to manage and even less so to have a service complement because the sales representatives are not very cooperative. It is important to know that we have a system that is not well cataloged on the web, and this makes it a more intense service to obtain. The few sales providers are quite annoying, but in the end, they help. It is a good system and has helped me a lot at work so far; however, there are better solutions on the market. What do you like best about AnywhereWorks?

It is a great system that helps with the loading of files and sharing of tasks in real time even when you are on call, it has pizza bars for conferences and live expositions, it is a great system to stay connected in your work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The android system is a bit annoying, it doesn't work very well and the connection drops every moment, I don't recommend it on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an incredible chat tool with clients, really organized, reliable, and with amazing organization. I never lose a chat or an important piece of information thanks to it. At work, we always had communication problems. Conference systems like Zoom are very good for group and work calls, but this system goes further. Not only can you make video calls, but you also have live chats with clients, and you can have folders and subfolders of clients very well organized to never lose sight of your potential clients. This product allows our team to communicate through text and video conferencing. We can also initiate video calls and send direct links to clients. There is a feed that shows updates from team members 24/7. Video calls can be initiated through the application to invite team members or outside contacts simply by sending an email invite. The ability to tag individuals so they receive direct notification through their app to respond when needed as well as the option to tag all users within a collaboration. An activity log helps to track communication and work completed with ease. The location feature in the app is helpful to easily determine a team members physical location when working with remote teams.
