You can tell their customer support is offshore, clueless and sadly probably gets paid bottom of the barrel. RUN from this company. When we told the franchise we have privacy concerns they sent us a blatant letter that literally did not address any concerns or privacy whatsoever. The company feels like it has franchise owners running their business out of a n outhouse toilet. That's at least the level of service one gets from our direct experience. ### 2. That's about it. Nothing else good to say. **What do you dislike about Anytime Mailbox?** Absolutely awful customer service. If it wasn't such a pain to switch addresses now, I would absolutely drop them. I had an issue with a form I asked for recommendations on how to correct, they sent me some generic response and then when I said that didn't resolve what I was asking, they became very snarky and continued to tell me to reference the thread - so they either didn't comprehend the problem or didn't care enough to try and actually help. **What problems is Anytime Mailbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Starting a remote only startup and did not want to share my home address. ### 3. I love the service! It was easy to complete the purchase online. I was able to find an address that I liked which was relatively local (Los Angeles address) for under $10 a month. I was able to activate the account easily while on vacation using their online tools (including a notary feature). I didn't want to have a PO box that seems a little impersonal for work and personal mail, so now I use my virtual mailbox as much as possible for personal and business mail. This service allows me to minimize spam mail that comes to my home and allows me to avoid having my home address listed for business purposes. I don't see a reason that I will ever cancel this service! **What do you dislike about Anytime Mailbox?** I do not have any complaints. The service works great and the people are helpful. I sometimes have difficulty getting a fast response from the employees at the physical location I have a mailbox at, but that would exist for all mailbox products. **What problems is Anytime Mailbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer get spam mail at home and I don't need to have my personal address for my small business. It is an extra benefit that I don't have a PO box which I don't think fits my company's brand. ### 4. The app is easy to use and provides me immediate notification of new mail received, as well as various valuable ancillary mail services such as forwarding and disposal. The service is also a tremendous value and worth every penny. It's just a quantum leap from the "old school" PO box. As my main office is at home, the service provides me with a separate discrete mailing address that protects my home privacy, while giving me a "physical" address for my mail. It's been an amazing tool for my business. **What do you dislike about Anytime Mailbox?** I am a very happy customer, but it took me a few times using the app to really get "fluent" with it. **What problems is Anytime Mailbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has eliminated the need for a PO Box and it gives me a separate physical address for mail other than my home. ### 5. It's so simple; you don't need any previous experience to get started **What do you dislike about Anytime Mailbox?** I am writing to complain about my recent experience with Anytime Mailbox I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I have never felt more belittled and angered by a company as I was with yours. The treatment was unacceptable and I will be sure to let everyone know how you treated me. They thought I was stupid after six months They changed the delivery location, and they didn't send me any message **Recommendations to others considering Anytime Mailbox:** They are the absolute worst company I think I've ever worked with.
