Absolutely awful customer service. If it wasn't such a pain to switch addresses now, I would absolutely drop them. I had an issue with a form I asked for recommendations on how to correct, they sent me some generic response and then when I said that didn't resolve what I was asking, they became very snarky and continued to tell me to reference the thread - so they either didn't comprehend the problem or didn't care enough to try and actually help. I have been using Anytime Mailbox since January 2021. I love the service!

It was easy to complete the purchase online. I was able to find an address that I liked which was relatively local (Los Angeles address) for under $10 a month. I was able to activate the account easily while on vacation using their online tools (including a notary feature). I didn't want to have a PO box that seems a little impersonal for work and personal mail, so now I use my virtual mailbox as much as possible for personal and business mail. This service allows me to minimize spam mail that comes to my home and allows me to avoid having my home address listed for business purposes.

I do not have any complaints. The service works great and the people are helpful. I sometimes have difficulty getting a fast response from the employees at the physical location I have a mailbox at, but that would exist for all mailbox products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anytime Mailbox is a fantastic service that has improved my workday productivity tremendously. The app is easy to use and provides me immediate notification of new mail received, as well as various valuable ancillary mail services such as forwarding and disposal. The service is also a tremendous value and worth every penny. It's just a quantum leap from the "old school" PO box. As my main office is at home, the service provides me with a separate discrete mailing address that protects my home privacy, while giving me a "physical" address for my mail. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I have never felt more belittled and angered by a company as I was with yours. The treatment was unacceptable and I will be sure to let everyone know how you treated me.

With AM you have an "open and scan" feature, however, some of the scanned images can be hard to read. However the customer service team is prompt to respond and fix these errors quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
