"Wonderfully simple yet robust. Easily connects to calendars and the "Plan your day" feature is key."

What do you like best about Any.do?

Any.do is affordable considering what it provides. I've not used it in a team fashion but as both a personal and professional tool, it gives me the structure I was missing while working in an office. This is a remote worker lifesaver in terms of staying on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Any.do?

The only thing I wish I could do is to change the slack integration to not require me to invite a bot to a slack channel. That's a slack issue though but this is a required question and I needed to write something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simpler alternative to keep track of any tasks and manage productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Any.do?

With Any.do, organizing my tasks is simple and fast. The app works fine, and it does the job that it’s supposed to do, setting daily reminders and scheduling to keep myself on track of what’s going on. I love apps that offer a simple, minimalistic professional design, so using Any.do is always a pleasure to the eyes. I use the mobile app frequently because I find it to be faster to use than the desktop, and also because when I am on the move it motivates me to get things done faster.

Tasks in Any.do are simple to create, and it has a focus feature that, as the name indicates, helps a lot with the completion of tasks daily, weekly or monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Any.do?

This is one of the few apps that I find work best on mobile than on desktop, which is a lot to say and can avoid new users from using this program, but I personally don’t really mind. The smoothness of the mobile app is amazing and works to work on my daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickly plan your day."

What do you like best about Any.do?

With a tool as Any.do, you are able to quickly plan what you have to do the day, this month and this week in a number of minutes. Any.do is highly recommended for scheduling random events since it has reminders to arrange a couple of hours of action. The great thing in Any.do is you are able to also synchronize several devices. What do you dislike about Any.do?

I couldn't find something negative in this particular software program. I believe the premium edition is a little much more costly, though I believe it's well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Active programming program that can help your life"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Any.do?

If you have trouble completing tasks on time or adapting to new patterns, then this is the right program for you. It is very easy to use, you can add tasks to the list with just a few taps, and be informed of when to do them. Like other programs on the "o" list, the program has all the main features. Additionally, it also has a function that helps you complete routine tasks. Simply create the task and set the time and period in which you will be prompted to complete it each time. The calendar view is very useful for visualizing activities for the upcoming days and seeing what should be on the schedule for each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and effective solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Any.do?

I consider the client-friendliness and multi-functionality of any.do is one of its best qualities. I always use Any.do on my mobile phone; I note down jobs nearly every day and personal items that I need to do; the whole collection of objects helps categorizing activities far simpler. It integrated with my computer, making it much easier for the entire process. Personally, I consider the simplicity of making assignments, along with the Android button on my phone home screen, and the ability to adjust repeated tasks, even quicker than Google Calendar, to be a large and flexible work list maker, fantastic for many various roles. What do you dislike about Any.do?

The mobile version often struggles to function properly on Chrome, making it hard to use correctly, and there are several things that sometimes do no function as I intend, but that's a persistent issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Active program plan that can have a positive impact on your life"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Any.do?

Any.do is an active program of routines that can have a positive impact on your life. The software helps you to manage your roles and activities, which can be categorized into correct classifications. You can build sub-tasks, links and attachments to explain your initiatives and simplify the progress review process. If it is organized into multiple moves, it is also simpler to take any action. It's easy to build alerts and make sure nothing important spills out of your mind. Any.do offers several functionality that promote collaboration as it helps you to delegate assignments, exchange information, and even interact with each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Any.do?

We could see signs reflecting tasks once you do new activities to make the process quicker. Whether the signs are shown on the table, as I choose the pictorial form, this may be more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have many responsibilities and have to deal with different situations at different times, it can be overwhelming and complicated, unless you're using tools like Any.do, which makes this process easier by spending a few minutes planning your entire day, week or month — planning what you're going to do all day, week, or month. Any.do is a highly recommended casual activity planning software, as it includes a reminder that you can schedule the activity for a few hours. The best thing about Any.do is that it also allows synchronization of multiple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeping track of existing operations and responsibilities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Any.do?

In keeping track of existing operations and responsibilities, any.do is pure, smooth and effective. That I have always used it myself (not for a collective), but I still think it's worth paying for an annual bonus subscription considering how much I'm dependent on it. Urgent multi-device connectivity, quick project access shortcuts, and flexible alerts all make me more effective in both personal and work operations. In addition, it has several reliable integrations with calendars, mailboxes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Any.do?

I have discovered a few faults in the iOS implementation where entry of tasks is challenging as it sometimes crashes. Such issues are generally solved quickly, however, and the product is consistent. In addition, in comparison to the contest, the calendar function is not applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
