Anvil's Document AI is fantastic as it reads PDFs, detects fields, and automatically builds a clean template, removing hours of repetitive setup work. I love how Anvil turns everything into structured webforms with required fields, logic, and validation, ensuring I get clean, complete data every time. The platform turns messy PDFs into clean, usable templates automatically, which is a huge win for me. Uploading a PDF and having Anvil’s Document AI instantly detect fields and build structure saves hours and eliminates the most annoying document handling tasks. The initial setup with Anvil was surprisingly easy; nothing felt hidden or complicated, and I didn't need a technical background to get started. The interface is clean, the steps are logical, and I could create a template, build a workflow, and test a webform without needing support. The platform is fast and intuitive, and the support team is actually helpful. Overall, Anvil significantly reduces the amount of manual, repetitive, and error-prone work I deal with, keeping my documentation organized and automating steps that normally slow everything down. I like clean, branded documentation, and Anvil doesn’t give me full control over styling unless I’m on a higher plan. Sometimes the forms look a little too 'Anvil' and not enough like my workflow. The responsiveness of their team is impressive, making the experience much smoother for us. Also, the initial setup was straightforward, taking only a couple of days, which was really simple. I love how easy it is to set up and how effective it is at identifying forms of all types. The ease of identifying fields allowed me to ship within days instead of weeks. On the whole, there's very little to dislike. The template builder could be a little easier to use when manually drawing new fields, especially for more complex field types.
