The whole team works in one shared workspace. Works are grouped into projects (a course, a class, a journal issue, a client), and every member sees the same table of works and results. Getting works in - Upload files one by one or in bulk: PDF, Word (DOCX, DOC), ODT, RTF, TXT and HTML. - Upload a ZIP archive, including a Moodle "Download all submissions" archive; the author's name is read from the file name. - Collect works through a submission link with an optional deadline. Authors hand in their work with a name and an email address and need no account. What each check shows - Matched passages highlighted in the text, next to the web page they come from, with each source's share of the work. - Works compared with each other inside a project or across the organization's archive, so text copied from a classmate is caught even when it does not appear on the web. - Comparison with the organization's own reference library. - Passages written in a style typical of AI, shown as a signal for the reviewer, not as proof. Working with results - Review status, notes and comments on a work or on a single passage. - An activity log, analytics over time and a view of each author's works across projects. - A report goes to the author only when a reviewer sends it, or automatically if the organization chooses so. - PDF reports with the organization's logo, one at a time or all works of a project in one ZIP; the table exports to CSV or Excel. - Checking rules: set quoted passages and the reference list aside, never use chosen sites as sources, keep works for a set period. Privacy A work is never compared with another organization's works, and authors never see whose work theirs overlaps. Plans Plans for a single reviewer or a team of five, paid by card or by invoice. A free trial is available. The interface is available in 26 languages, and texts in most languages can be checked, including Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
