The platform features Ask Anthoam, an artificial intelligence assistant that interprets natural language queries, recommends procedural next steps and supports board approval workflows through single-tap interactions. A Community Health Score is generated using association records to assess organizational well being. The score remains under board control and is never publicly visible. Anthoam accommodates fully self-managed associations and hybrid models in which third-party service providers assume management roles while boards retain control over finances, data ownership and governance authority. The software offers self-service onboarding to establish community environments within minutes without external management company involvement.
