Anthifel is an AI transformation advisory that works on the human and operational side of change inside companies. It is based in London and works with established companies in the United Kingdom and Turkey. Every engagement begins with Discovery, a four-week reading of where the company actually stands. At the end of Discovery the company receives an implementation plan in which every line carries an owner, a cost and a date. From there there are two routes: Training, where the method is passed to the team, and Operations, where Anthifel runs the plan with the team for six to twelve months. Anthifel does not sell tools. Founder Eray Dengiz works directly with leadership teams.
