**What do you like best about Antamedia Kiosk Software?**

Software is easy to use. Easy to assign visitors to that when they come to the lobby, they don’t have to wait long for their information to be entered. The information is right there pre-filled and ready to be printed.

**What do you dislike about Antamedia Kiosk Software?**

It does let me expire a visitor badge after certain hours

**What problems is Antamedia Kiosk Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time in filling out applications. It is also very professional to not have visitors wait

Safety and security use. The technical support people are wonderful to work with when setting up the software.

I can honestly say I do not have problem with the software at all.

**Recommendations to others considering Antamedia Kiosk Software:**

This software is a great product to have if you have a retail business. The online security is great. If you have problems with the software the technical support is very nice to talk to and they take the time to help you.

**What problems is Antamedia Kiosk Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This used with our customers in store to order online items to be shipped to them. Items that we are out of in store.
