**What do you like best about Ansys Totem?**

Have been using Ansys TOTEM about 2 years now on a regular basis for Electromigration analysis. It is a good tool and gives EM resuls based on metal stacks and layout and other parameters.

**What do you dislike about Ansys Totem?**

Runtime for complex cells with 2 to power n combinations of EM Vectors have a very long runtime and can be improved hopefully.

**What problems is Ansys Totem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps determine the reliability of the circuit and helps prevent circuit burndowns after fabrication
