"Amazing Visual experience of Simulation and optimization software."
5/5
What do you like best about Ansys Fluent?

It gives the better visualization while simulation and optimization of core knowledge while working on software in areas like mechanical, chemical, marine, mining, and aeronautical background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Fluent?

As it is a software need the high processing CPU because with low processing its took long time because as to get better result we need to diivide it in various mesh size as mesh size increase ansys fluent need to calculate the area wise calculation, for that its need a high processing software to get the results faster. "user friendly software with great UGI"
5/5
What do you like best about Ansys Fluent?

The workbench option is really user friendly and the fluent data base is up to date and accurate. the meshing option is also great to get better mesh quality with minimum meshing computation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Fluent?

high on memory requirement. ansys on low end laptop takes years to finish computation which should be finished earlier and computation time increases with accuracy required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ansys fluent 1 year usage experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Ansys Fluent?

Ansys fluent is a go to software for any kind of CFD related work. Ansys has the world class fluent meshing domain. We can edit the geometry easily and update it in fluent compare to others software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Fluent?

Ansys fluent is a cpu intensive job and when we deal with the comlpex geometry the fluent takes lot of time to solve the problem. Ansys is not well optimised with less core processors and keep crashing or not responding to the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ansys fluent is very robust solver, any fluid related problems can be solved and it's user friendly."
4/5
What do you like best about Ansys Fluent?

I like multiphase and DPM modelling and Fluent adjoint solver. Batch runs and post processing techniques are very useful for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Fluent?

Adaptive meshing simulation takes more time. Also for heat source modelling, proper meshing is required and it is achieved after the good experience only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ansys: my go to tool for CFD"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ansys Fluent?

Ansys provides a complete package to do CFD analysis, from modeling geometry, meshing, solver, post-processing and publishing your report. Ansys provides a seamless transition between it and other modeling and simulation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Fluent?

Though modeling is easy and intuitive in Ansys, many times, it's challenging to create complex geometries in Ansys. Nevertheless, Ansys does provide the option to import complex geometries developed on other modeling packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More than just a "general purpose" CFD tool."
5/5
What do you like best about Ansys Fluent?

Fluent's many strengths lie with the number of flow models available, its robust hybrid mesher, and the accuracy of the solution techniques one can choose. Together these three make Fluent a true best-in-class CFD tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Fluent?

Workflow has always been one of the areas of needed improvement Ansys Fluent deals with. Also, along with great API flexibility comes added complexity (to said workflow). Ansys, for their part, has improved Fluent's workflow in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
