**What do you like best about Ansys AIM?**

User friendly, very few technical issues or interruptions, user friendly method with new employees, working with work ques, team members etc, especially when WFH during Covid pandemic.

**What do you dislike about Ansys AIM?**

Or could have a larger pool of ammenities and accessibility to more so accommodate the wfh teams, as well as gen pop within clinic.would like more options to tether within metrics per each modality and each team!

**Recommendations to others considering Ansys AIM:**

Make sure upon hire you receive proper training per work queue designation!

**What problems is Ansys AIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patient satisfaction scores and handling, key metrics to productivity within financial clearance department, authorizations, to leave hospital without overall negative charges in book
