## About Ansys ACT
ACT uses easy-to-learn yet powerful XML and IronPython programming languages that enable even non-expert users to create custom apps for their advanced workflows, in days instead of the weeks or months usually required. Unlike typical software programming, you do not require any commercial Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for ACT. Instead, ANSYS provides an easy and intuitive development environment with complete documentation, templates and predefined applications to guide you through the process

**What do you like best about Ansys ACT?**

I used the Ansys Offshore module and Wind Application for my simulation; It is easy to use, instead of doing it in the Classic macro method.

**What do you dislike about Ansys ACT?**

Some of the Applications are very much expensive.

**What problems is Ansys ACT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to use instead of using the Classic macro method. 
In the Classic method, I have to write a long macro for defining and applying wave and Current loads for Offshore structure simulations.

**What do you like best about Ansys ACT?**

ACT is a great tool. it helps you to build modules so you can create extra features helping you to save time and innovate your work to a more efficient and better tool.

**What do you dislike about Ansys ACT?**

The interface is a bit basic. and can be head sometimes to use all the commands in the given format to reach the required goal you are trying to reach quickly.

**What problems is Ansys ACT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many tools we have created to help in the analysis of the different types of products. tool which make the model job faster cheaper and easier decreasing the work load in the engineer.

**What do you like best about Ansys ACT?**

ANSYS ACT application is closely followed by many innovations for structural analysis. It helps us in our simulations by meeting extra requirements in the system with additional modules.
In addition, the results they added in addition help us to report variations.

**What do you dislike about Ansys ACT?**

ANSYS ACT is not open to applications for explicit solutions.
This gap should be provided with the new modules they will add.
It is weak in terms of contact diversity.

**Recommendations to others considering Ansys ACT:**

It provides convenience to users for an accurate structural analysis.
If you want to make interesting simulations (breakage, composite etc.) I can easily recommend.

**What problems is Ansys ACT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ANSYS ACT module, on different structural analyzes I had experience.

I increased my ability to interpret in mesh and result processes.
