I really can’t say I dislike anything but if I would have to pick it would be the claims page. I filed claims for reimbursement and that page isn’t very user friendly. Well, ease of integration and implementation tops the upside list. Although I’m a tech-savvy person, integrations and implementations are always a dreadful process for me.
