Some of the nuance around security settings, groups etc. could be better (include more tooltips within the menus / forms rather than requiring going to the help section). Just an aside, with advances in SharePoint etc. (and the proliferation of cloud in everything), there is increasing pressure to just use an internal tool. Particularly with less advanced transactions that don't utilise some of the more technical features of Ansarada. What do you dislike about Ansarada? - Security features can be inflexible and add to the time spent in accessing and reviewing documents (although understandably there has to be a tradeoff between convenience and strength of security). - Roles for Q&A can be confusing - although there is documentation explaining the difference between question/answer approver and administrator etc, it still confuses me at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
