Anrufwache turns every missed call of a German trade business into a written request with address, details and photos, delivered by SMS. The caller hears the business's own greeting and receives an SMS seconds later, sent under the business's name. Via the link they fill in a short form with trade-specific follow-up questions, up to three photos and an optional voice message. The business gets a briefing by SMS with a link to the full request, sorted by urgency. No call centre, no AI voice on the phone, no app. Flat monthly packages, no per-call billing. German market, German language.
