Work closely with the Anova team to tailor interview questions that will be actionable for win/loss analysis. As well, be sure to provide them with the appropriate number of prospects to engage with. For example, if you provide them with 20 candidates, assume only 5 candidates will respond - so you need to keep providing them with more closed opportunities for win/loss outreach. It didn't have to do with them, it was on our side as far as timing and cleanliness of our data so we didn't have the highest response rate we were looking for, but again, not at all on Anova's side. Anova was a great partner to help our company quickly and efficiently recruit and conduct customer interviews for win/loss as well as provide useful readouts for the executive and functional teams. Anova provided detailed interview transcripts as well as a set of reports that summarized key findings (e.g., key purchase drivers, won / lost reasons) with insights we can use for “go forward” action plans. We appreciated their flexibility working with some of our data and process constraints and always finding a solution to move the project forward.
