Anova was a great partner to help our company quickly and efficiently recruit and conduct customer interviews for win/loss as well as provide useful readouts for the executive and functional teams. Anova provided detailed interview transcripts as well as a set of reports that summarized key findings (e.g., key purchase drivers, won / lost reasons) with insights we can use for “go forward” action plans. We appreciated their flexibility working with some of our data and process constraints and always finding a solution to move the project forward.
