I really like Anny because of its simplicity and flexibility. It brings structure to our workflows without needing a steep learning curve, helping teams adopt it quickly. I appreciate the centralized workflow management, which makes it easy to track requests, tasks, and approvals all in one place. The platform offers clear visibility and accountability, letting everyone know who owns what and the current status. I also value its customizable workflows, which allow us to adapt Anny to our specific business processes. The reduction in manual effort, with minimized follow-ups and less reliance on email, is another aspect I enjoy. Additionally, its user-friendly interface makes the tool easy to use with minimal training.

**What do you like best about anny?**

We use Anny as a library to organize training sessions and manage bookings – and we are thoroughly impressed. The user interface is clearly structured, easy to understand, and so intuitive that both our team and our users can quickly find their way around. The excellent support is particularly noteworthy: inquiries are answered quickly, friendly, and competently. Additionally, Anny offers many helpful explanations and guides on the content, which significantly eases the work. Overall, a thoroughly successful solution that we can recommend without reservation.

**What do you dislike about anny?**

What could be a barrier is the need to create additional user groups and setting up one's own account. However, we do not see this as a major problem.

**What problems is anny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Another major advantage is the significant reduction in communication effort between the booking individuals and our facility. Reserving fixed appointments works straightforwardly, in compliance with data protection, and smoothly even for external users. We can securely query sensitive data while transparently communicating predefined time periods externally.

Overall, a thoroughly successful solution that we can recommend without reservation.

**What do you like best about anny?**

I find anny extremely powerful because it allows for completely different use cases, from room booking and resource bookings like flipcharts to online events. Everything is highly automated and flexible. Additionally, we use an API where the booking data is transferred to our systems.

**What do you dislike about anny?**

The biggest problem for us was understanding the concept of objects because it is quite abstract. At which levels can I manage which availability? The system is very powerful, we should have booked a training here.

With anny, we can make rooms and resources as well as events bookable and appreciate the automation of communication up to invoicing.

The design is clear and appealing, the setup for admins is straightforward and user-friendly, and the support is outstanding. The integrations are very easy to implement.

There is no option to choose between online payment and payment by invoice (for the customer). You can only set one or the other (as an admin). This results in companies always having to ask after receiving the invoice if they can also pay by invoice, leading to a significant additional effort.

We are a small coworking space with only one part-time employee. Anny enables us to operate fully because the administrative side of bookings runs automatically.

There’s very little to complain about. Occasionally, we’d love to see more advanced formatting options in emails or more flexibility in the layout of the public booking page – but these are really just small wishes. The platform runs smoothly, and the support team is always responsive when questions arise.

Anny allows us to offer a fully digital and seamless booking experience from day one. So darn confusing It's like pulling teeth trying to book a simple desk. Also, pricing is prohibitive. There are products out there that have unlimited resources at a low mothly price, no need to pay by the resource.

Support of hybrid workplace is required.

The best is that we can lower resources at any moment. Also we like the part of the Subscriptions and memeberships. Another point is the easy to book for the customers, no sign up needed.
The part of the chat support is super helpful, they have an AI that help you out with basic guidelines.

**What do you dislike about anny?**

The worst part is that they don't manage Reports and give you monthly or yearly information about it. Also, it lacks a better Discount Code system or referral programs.

**What problems is anny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the multi venue issues and the Sport Complex situations that other alternatives didn't.

The pricing is fair for the service, we used to pay 3 times more with other platforms for Sports only.

The anny calendar is incredibly user-friendly and saves me a lot of time managing my appointments. The intuitive interface makes it easy to create and edit events without any hassle. I particularly like how seamlessly it integrates with existing systems and its flexibility to manage different time zones and calendar options. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding – whenever I have questions or issues, I receive immediate assistance.

There’s very little to complain about. One small improvement could be expanding the customization features to tailor the calendar even more to personal needs. Other than that, I’m very satisfied.

anny helps solve the problem of managing multiple appointments across different time zones and integrating them into one centralized calendar. Previously, scheduling was a time-consuming task that required cross-referencing various systems, but with anny, everything is streamlined in one place. With anny, we enable our flexible work concept. Every employee & external partner/customer can book a desk at two locations. Additionally, services (lunch, coaching/mentoring, services, etc.) can be booked. We do not have to worry about payment transactions/billing. Through a made booking, one also gets access to the building with the Kleverkey connection, even if one does not have a key.

The wide range of offerings and the opportunity to try things out. There are videos in which some things are explained and you are guided step by step.

I have difficulty switching from my admin account to a regular user account for booking.

No double bookings for a workspace. Effective use of space. By registering for an event, one saves the confusing emails and can directly print out a list.

**What do you like best about anny?**

I use anny for a small co-working space for women "the.artists". It is wonderful that I can freely decide what I offer, rent out, and which pricing and subscription models are set up - with anny, I can adjust all of this flexibly. Many automations make it easy for me to manage and offer the space. For example, hourly quotas are automatically billed over a certain period. The payment processing is also automatic and uncomplicated. The support is personal and fast.

The user manual could be more detailed and provide more information on various use cases.

Why we integrated it into our club was the free feature. We had 1 Padel Court when i was searching for a booking solution and  anny covered our 100 free bookings monthly perfectly. Now we have 2 Padel courts and have upgraded to accomodate for payment and a bigger demand. The success of the product speaks for itself, the tennis department have now approached me and asked if we can include the tennis courts. With the implementation I had a few small issues and had contact with Christina S from anny. I really feel like a valued customer although our payments are not massive I just want to thank you Christina for making the effort. I haven't received a professional service that can compare for many years now. I must also compilment you on your AI (KI) chat assistent. It really works and most of my initial problems were resolved quickly. Again, you have mastered your AI feature and with that I can only praise you for an amazing product, combined with highly efficient, professional and friendly support where no other product comes close for the feature to price ratio. The possibility to use an office map with desks is very helpful. You can see, at a glance, who has reserved which desk.
Integration into our company, after going live, was fast and nearly without any questions.

The number of e-mails sent (if you do not disable that) is abnormally high.
The documentation for setting up is not really good. Some features are not described at all, like the order of items in admin panel has impact on the visual in the end-user interface.

We manage our entire coworking space with anny. Every booking, including payment processing and invoicing, is fully automated and saves us a lot of manual effort and time. The setting options are very versatile and you can fulfill almost any requirement. If you use a Smartlock to access the space, you can even automatically assign access codes to the coworkers. The setup is absolutely self-explanatory and if questions do arise, there is good documentation that explains everything. We looked at many software solutions and only anny was able to convince us completely.

Since it is now even possible to pay via PayPal, there are absolutely no more points of criticism from us.

I like the simplicity for the users, the UI is very clear and powerul. Feature set is well balanced and allows us to use it for more use cases than we had planned for. Integration with Microsoft Calendars was tested and works very well.
The team and their support is very helpful and authentic, happy to work with them.
I really like the map feature which also helps people to navigate in the office.

No biggies, when I tested last time (in fall 2023) the integration with Google Calendars did not work on a organization level so there was much more advantage for Office365 users.

Primarily Desk booking for flex desks, easy to find your seat, make sure people are directed to the right flex room by department and give them the chance to decide who sits next to them.
But also booking meeting rooms via the same tool is a comonly used feature. Since the rooms are connected to a resource calendar, bookings are visible not only in anny, but also in our Outlooks as well as directly in zoom via zoom rooms.

Even though we only use it internally and without billing for bookings, Anny is a very good solution for our needs (shared workspaces and conference rooms). The support is great, (almost) every time I missed a feature and couldn't find it and thought we had found something Anny couldn't do, I was given a solution possibility. The tool is quite versatile. Once you figure out how it works, using it is quite easy. The integration into Azure is very good.

Due to the many functions, it is not always easy to find and understand the functions, especially in the admin area. The interface design is unusual.

We are nearly 30 employees and have chosen Anny from all the tools because the graphical user interface is appealing, the free version covers everything we need, and an export is possible. Not only does the export help with internal collaboration on projects, but also the many options, features, etc. Anny is packed with them, so every user gets what they need according to their own wishes. Apart from the Excel export, we do not use any of the many offered interfaces like WeClapp. We organize 4-5 events a month, for which registrations are required, so the 5 free resources and 100 bookings have been sufficient so far. And lastly: The support is really top-notch. The assistance itself is good, and even when a human colleague takes over, everything runs smoothly.

**What do you dislike about anny?**

As a layperson, I find the range of functions of Anny at first glance to be overwhelming, and I mean that negatively. At the AStA, we only work 10 hours a week, some even less, and it is relatively time-consuming for a layperson to "get into" Anny. Anny covers so many areas that it doesn't need to be reduced to "Anny Light" from a company perspective, but for us at the AStA, something like that would actually be ideal.

**What problems is anny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anny helps us solve the problem of offering events for our student body online and enabling easy registration. Other programs also solve the problem, but they are not visually appealing because they are open-source, not free, or too confusing for the participants. Also, Anny itself is a totally likeable company, which is something we always have to consider when choosing external programs.

Furthermore, customer support with Anny is disappointing. Instead of providing support, Anny seems to shift the responsibility onto the support team. Although tickets were answered quickly, the customer support was not very helpful with problems and often responded with standardized texts without really addressing the specific concerns. I had the impression that errors and user feedback were ignored.

Overall, the software still seems immature for handling customer appointments. Anny is developing into a booking tool for space reservations in the long term. This is where the system's strengths lie. Additionally, frequent standard responses should be avoided.

Customer bookings could largely be automated in self-service. Furthermore, the structure of the booking website is very intuitive to use, and appointments can be booked and managed using QR codes via a smartphone.

The sleek user interface, which is incredibly intuitive for beginners, leaves no setting desire unfulfilled as you delve deeper into the additional options. Whether it's different subscription plans, additional options, or availability times for services (!), no wish was left unfulfilled. 
The excellent starter videos are easily accessible and very understandable. The cherry on top is the support chat, where even with tricky questions, an expert knows how to provide quick advice within minutes.
This made translating our price lists into anny and integrating the service on our website a breeze.
Using anny is fun, and it's a shame that I can't work with it as often after the setup – once it's set up, it runs (almost) by itself.
For the users of our coworking space, using it is very intuitive. Our communities use anny daily.

It takes a bit of familiarization to understand what resources, services, communities, and groups are and how they interact with each other. However, once the principle is understood, it is no longer a problem! But beware: do not assume that your superiors understand what you mean with the anny vocabulary!

We had difficulties equipping our Elementor website with a booking system that satisfied both external and internal customers. When the internal customers were happy, we recorded fewer bookings from external sources – when we had many external bookings, there was a worse mood in our teams. Through the granular settings of resources, services, and communities, we were finally able to eliminate this division.

**What do you like best about anny?**

The support is quick and they even show it with a video that you exactly see what you have to do. The platform is very easy to use and has a lot to offer. As I am the admin I had to set it up and it was very straight forward. So far everything went smooth.

**What do you dislike about anny?**

The time we implemented it, it was not possible to have a maximum hours to use for each member for the meeting room. However, they said it will be possible soon.

**What problems is anny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are eight members who can book the meeting room themselves. I do not need any time to overlook it.

**What do you like best about anny?**

The tool is easy for our employees to handle, and the administration is clear, with setup done quickly. Support also helps with all questions in the shortest time. We mainly use the tool to make the spaces bookable for our employees, as we wouldn't be able to accommodate all employees in the office at the same time. Another useful feature is the integration with Teams.

**What do you dislike about anny?**

It is somewhat expensive for our area of use, especially since we don't even use some (probably useful) features.

**What problems is anny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have too few workstations for the employees. Through Anny, the whole thing can be organized clearly. Previously, this was managed through Excel, which often led to problems.

**What do you like best about anny?**

The sophisticated system fits all conceivable business models. The support is very helpful and assists with any questions you may have. The entire booking tool is very logically structured and, after a short familiarization period, easy to use and implement. I use anny daily for my recording studio in Berlin, and it greatly helps with coordinating inquiries. The iFrame integration also works very well for your own website!

A desirable feature would be an iFrame integration option for services and subscription plans.

Anny helps me with the digitization of the location-based offer and the availability display.

**What do you like best about anny?**

The simplicity in operating the system. This way, I can set up the system as an externally commissioned person and hand it over to the customer.

**What do you dislike about anny?**

The setup of the interface for websites could be made more variable. This way, one is too bound to the predetermined layout, which does not always fit.

**What problems is anny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the tool for booking customer requests in a women's fitness center. It is slowly being adopted. We save time when processing appointments, and the customer can book quickly and easily.
