Fourth, the entire search — contacts, companies, jobs, mandates, candidates, pipeline, meetings, tasks, and invoices — is managed in one unified desk. Fifth, Annie keeps the network current by allowing recruiters to re-import their LinkedIn export every six months; Annie compares it with the previous file, flags everyone who changed jobs, and reminds the recruiter on the dashboard when six months have passed. Annie BD Intelligence is designed to eliminate the staleness that plagues most recruitment CRMs. It automatically turns email exchanges into dated notes on contacts, so recruiters do not have to type admin. It shows who has actually been spoken to — not just who is connected with — and it labels guesses and background information honestly so recruiters always know what is verified versus inferred.
