Annelie helps dental practices in Germany create structured dental treatment documentation. The browser-based workflow guides practitioners through the facts of the treatment they actually performed, in clinical and chronological order. Selected text building blocks, parameters and contextual free text form a draft clinical record text (Karteikartentext). The practitioner reviews and corrects every draft, then manually copies it into the existing practice management system (PVS). After completing a case, practices can deliberately save reusable treatment steps as their own account template and choose whether to apply it to a future case. Patient-specific and case-specific facts are not prefilled by the template. The same practice account can be used by authorised team members at the same practice location. Annelie complements existing practice software. It does not maintain a patient record, provide scheduling or patient management, generate dental billing codes, or offer reimbursement recommendations. The currently offered manual workflow does not record treatment conversations, transcribe audio or use generative AI to compose the draft. Professional review and transfer to the PVS remain the practitioner's responsibility. Practice access costs EUR 79 per month, or EUR 632 per year paid annually in advance. No VAT is charged under section 19 of the German VAT Act. A seven-day filling-documentation trial requires no credit card and ends automatically without a subscription.
