I consider Animoto for video editing. I love how easy Animoto makes it to create, edit, and cut videos. I am not tech-savvy and was able to easily use this and to make good videos.

We need to create videos often for social media, youtube and Animoto helps us do so quickly without going through the process, time, or cost of working with a video editor.

Hundreds of templates to choose from, applicable to almost every platform we use. It allows users to create personal and business slideshows.

Users just need to select photos, videos, audio track, and template, after a couple of minutes awesome video is ready to play and share.

I love how easy it is to import photos and videos and create a basic slide show.

The render time is fast, the templates are ok and the interface is probably the best I've ever used.

what I do not like and that should solve is that it lacks some customization options, please provide more templates to choose from, option to use or upload songs based on our requirements

You will not be able to control the editing of the videos, as Animoto does that for you. If you enjoy being more creative.

I love the numerous animations I can choose from to make my videos. They have even more in their upgraded service for more complex videos. But, I love the free selections for my basic videos. By far, the best thing about Animoto is that it makes learning entertaining to students. Students, nowadays, like watching moving images instead of reading plain text. By the use of the huge content library this cloud software has to offer, you can create a stunning animation/presentation of the information based off of the national curriculum. I dislike how that sometimes that textboxes disappear right after I place them. This greatly increases the amount of time I have to spend making the presentation. Also, some of the pictures seem big on the thumbnail but prove to be very small in reality. You can, however, increase the size but that does take away at the quality of the image. The effects that you can use are very limited compared to more bulky software such as premiere pro or davinci resolve. Animoto is a great-animated video or short video maker available on all devices. The best part about it is its availability on all platforms either it is a web browser or desktop application or a mobile phone. It allows you to make videos of different sizes with different resolutions. There are multiple templates available in the application to make the desired video you want. It is a complete start to end software; it would not let you hang in the dry, you can complete your footages and edit them as well. It allows the creation and edition of audio and video files in a simple way, it also allows us to generate creative and high-impact presentations, which allows us to show our content in a totally different way than other people are used to. In addition, animoto allows us to export the videos made in different sizes, which allows us to adapt to the desired resolution. Animoto enchanted me from start to finish as it is very easy to create and produce short videos without having to have very complicated or sophisticated software, and without having to know much about design since you have easy to use templates and also easy to synchronize. The songs with our first video were a success and we uploaded it on Facebook and we had 15 thousand views being a resounding success for us for that reason and more I totally recommend an animoto. The only thing I would like is for them to have more variety of templates to make my videos more varied, in addition to the fact that there is no online chat and so it is very difficult to connect with technical support and the previews take a long time to load, it is easier to see the full video and check how the video is doing to wait for the preview to load Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Animoto was a big help when I was in library school and needed to create book trailers: the formats are easy to work with and the free access is great for you to get started with. Once I started working as a children's librarian, I've been using Animoto to create monthly reports, using photos, to show my manager and administration what we do and it's wonderful; it goes beyond the boring Word documents to show what we're accomplishing.
