What do you like best about Animaker?

Animaker makes it very simple to create professional-looking animations, even if you have no background in design or video editing. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and the library of pre-made templates, characters, and scenes helps save a lot of time. I also like that it offers text-to-speech, background music, and the ability to customize characters so my videos feel unique. What do you dislike about Animaker?

What do you like best about Animaker?

Very user friendly, with a bit of practice you can get already decent results. And tech assistance are great, very helpful and kind. Great features that make life way easier (AI video generation, subs). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Animaker?

AI image generation is sometimes not very accurate, particularly when it comes to images that include text. There are often frequent misspellings, errors, or words that appear completely distorted. However, this issue can usually be resolved by refining the prompt and then adding the text separately as a second step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Animaker's amazing features, especially the video clip arts, really valuable for creating short videos for work. They help me elaborate on ideas effectively. I think Animaker could improve by making the UI more user-friendly. I find the addition and editing of audio and video interface could be smoother. Also, the initial setup was only a 4/10 for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Animaker?

I had an amazing experience with Animaker’s customer service! 🌟

At first, I was assisted by Bala, who kindly answered all my questions and helped me get started. The next day, I ran into some issues and reached out again — this time, Karthick and Bala jumped on a call with me. They spent over 40 minutes patiently walking me through every step to fix the problems in my video.

But what truly surprised me was what happened next. 🙌

They volunteered to fix all the remaining issues themselves and promised to send me the completed video within 12 hours. And they did!

I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism, patience, and kindness. I really hope Bala and Karthick get the recognition they deserve — they went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced in customer support.
