Animaker's customer service was very helpful & successfully resolved the query I raised within a day. Each technician I spoke to was polite & professional. Unfortunately the colleague left and her business email removed by our IT department, which then in turn prevented us from accessing the video to edit. I've been using Animaker for 4 years now and I had lots of experience with the software; I loved how it's so easy to make cartoon characters and videos, the customer service was fast, and issues were resolved quickly. I don't like how Animaker had placed in 2-minute export limit, it used to be unlimited, such as uploading, it was unlimited too with a generous limit of 25GB, now sadly downgraded to 2GB for free plans. The application is very easy to get hands-on with, and it offers extensive tools that add real value to the final video outcome. It only took me a few days to get up and running.
