I really like the simplicity of navigating through the site and software. The simplicity makes the task easier to do, which in turn improves efficiency. Animaker's customer service was very helpful & successfully resolved the query I raised within a day. Each technician I spoke to was polite & professional. I've been using Animaker for 4 years now and I had lots of experience with the software; I loved how it's so easy to make cartoon characters and videos, the customer service was fast, and issues were resolved quickly. I don't like how Animaker had placed in 2-minute export limit, it used to be unlimited, such as uploading, it was unlimited too with a generous limit of 25GB, now sadly downgraded to 2GB for free plans.
